Detox Wildkräuter Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1-2 hand full of nettles, young leaves
  • 1 small hand full of ribwort
  • 1 small hand full of blackberry leaves or ground-elder
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 1 chunk of ginger, like a thumb
  • 1 tsp flax or chia seeds
  • Opt: 1 tsp matcha tea powder: If you would like to add an extra stimulant to get fully awake, you can add matcha tea powder. This will also replace your coffee in case you usually drink coffee.
Instructions
  1. Take gloves to wash your nettles.
  2. Blend your washed wild herbs and your other ingredients until smooth.
  3. Yuumm!
