Detox Wildkräuter Smoothie |
- 1-2 hand full of nettles, young leaves
- 1 small hand full of ribwort
- 1 small hand full of blackberry leaves or ground-elder
- 2 frozen bananas
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 orange
- 1 chunk of ginger, like a thumb
- 1 tsp flax or chia seeds
- Opt: 1 tsp matcha tea powder: If you would like to add an extra stimulant to get fully awake, you can add matcha tea powder. This will also replace your coffee in case you usually drink coffee.
- Take gloves to wash your nettles.
- Blend your washed wild herbs and your other ingredients until smooth.
