  • 2 cup of raw rolled oats*
  • 1 cup of coconut shreds
  • ½ cup of dates, chopped
  • ½ cup of agave syrup (most of them a raw quality)
  • 3 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax seeds soaked in water)
  • As much as you like of mulberries
  • Gojis and pumpkin seeds
  • it works great if you always use the same cup!
  1. Knead until everything stick together
  2. Press well into a parchment lined baking dish, if possible a square one
  3. If you think you pressed enough, press a bit more
  4. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  5. Cut into bars.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  7. Enjoy!
