- 2 cup of raw rolled oats*
- 1 cup of coconut shreds
- ½ cup of dates, chopped
- ½ cup of agave syrup (most of them a raw quality)
- 3 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax seeds soaked in water)
- As much as you like of mulberries
- Gojis and pumpkin seeds
- it works great if you always use the same cup!
- Knead until everything stick together
- Press well into a parchment lined baking dish, if possible a square one
- If you think you pressed enough, press a bit more
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Cut into bars.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Enjoy!
