Ingredients
  • - 450g peas (frozen)
  • - 200 ml vegetable broth
  • - Juice of ½ lemon
  • - 1 spring onion
  • - 1 handful of mint
  • - Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend well. Finally, season to taste and add a little more lemon or salt if necessary. The protein-rich summer pea puree is ready.
