Ayurveda Oat Muesli

  • 50g rolled oats*
  • About 150ml water for soaking
  • 2-3 dates, chopped
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp Agni Rise or a dash of vanilla, cinnamon and cardamom
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled)
  • Favourite toppings:
  • For example, strawberries, coconut flakes, banana chips, berries
  1. Fill rolled oats, flax seeds, chopped dates in a bowl and soak overnight or minimum one hour.
  2. After soaking, stir in grated apple, Maca powder, Agni Rise or your spices.
  3. Add cutted banana.
  4. Serve with you favourite toppings an Enjoy!
