Raw Carrot Oatmeal

  1. Chop dates and soak with oats, water and cinnamon overnight or at least 1 hour in the morning.
  2. Shred carrot using a grater, cut orange and combine with oatmeal.
  3. Pour in fresh orange juice plus sea buckthorn juice (optional), cut toppings as banana, and strawberries. You might love to serve it with coconut flakes.
