Raw chocolate pudding with psyllium husk

  • 180-200 ml cashew mylk or your preferred plant mylk
  • 2 tsp psyllium husk powder
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • Pinch of vanilla
  1. Place mylk and the psyllium into a glass and stir the ingredients until well combines. Leave the mixture to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Once your mixture turned into a gel, combine the ingredients, except your cacao powder, into the blender’s container, and blend at high speed.
  3. Pour half of it in a bowl.
  4. Continue to blend while adding your chocolate powder to complete the pudding.
  5. Serve with toppings as coconut shreds, strawberries, banana and chocolate splitter.
