Raw chocolate pudding with psyllium husk |

- 180-200 ml cashew mylk or your preferred plant mylk
- 2 tsp psyllium husk powder
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- Pinch of vanilla
- Place mylk and the psyllium into a glass and stir the ingredients until well combines. Leave the mixture to rest for 30 minutes.
- Once your mixture turned into a gel, combine the ingredients, except your cacao powder, into the blender’s container, and blend at high speed.
- Pour half of it in a bowl.
- Continue to blend while adding your chocolate powder to complete the pudding.
- Serve with toppings as coconut shreds, strawberries, banana and chocolate splitter.
