Spicy Harissa Cauliflower Wings and Giveaway

Ingredients
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 handful cocktail tomatoes
  • Spicy Wings:
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 30 g flour, any gluten-free works too
  • 70 ml veggie stock broth
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • Chili flakes
  • Marinade:
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1 tbsp rice syrup or agave syrup
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • You might need a bit of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425-450 depending on your oven, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 230°C.
  2. Wash and divide cauliflower head into small florets.
  3. In a bowl mix ingredients for dough (flour, veggie stock broth, garlic powder, curry powder
  4. Chili flakes).
  5. Throw cauliflower into your dough and place coated wings on parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, mix ingredients for the second layer. Stir together until well combined. You might need a little bit of warm water to dissolve clumps.
  7. Once the cauliflower is done its first bake, remove from the oven and toss into wing sauce to coat evenly. Return cauliflower to baking sheet and bake in the oven for another 10-20minutes. Serve with spiralized cucumber, tomatoes, hummus and your favorite dressing. Enjoy!
