3 ingredient Mousse Au Chocolat | Silken Tofu

  • 1 package (400 g) organic silken tofu
  • 100 g dark chocolate ( I used 70% vegan dark chocolate)
  • 12 dates
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  2. In a blender, combine silken tofu and dates and blend until smooth.
  3. Add melted chocolate and blend again.
  4. Scoop into a serving bowl and refrigerate min. 30 minutes before serving.
