Mix all the ingredients except the baking powder and cacao nibs until well-blended. Add the baking powder and cacao nibs and stir once again at the lowest speed. Divide the mixture between 12 muffin silicone liners. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before enjoying.
Notes
If you have a good blender, you can make your own flour by grinding in a high-powered blender the dried beans. Just turn the machine on and increase the speed to maximum for consistently fine ground beans!
