Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
  • 30 g Hokkaido pumpkin (raw, seeded)
  • 250 ml oat milk (can be diluted with water)
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice*
  • ¼ tonka bean*
  • Optional: 2 TL cashew butter
  • Pumpkin Spice:
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp clove
  • 2 beans cardamom
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp allspice
Instructions
  1. Cook the pumpkin in the oat milk.
  2. Pour into mixer and puree with dates and spices.
  3. Optional: Add cashew butter and serve warm.
  4. Pumpkin Spice:
  5. Grind the tonka bean, peel cardamom beans and mortar the seeds.
  6. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
