Carrot-Apple-Oats with Peanut |

- 1 small carrot
- 3 tbsp apple banana puree or ½ apple, grated
- 50 g oat flakes
- 1 tbsp peanut flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 120 ml oat milk
- Grate the carrot and the apple.
- Mix oat flakes, peanut flour, cinnamon together.
- Add the grated ingredients. If it has to be really fast, you can also replace the freshly grated apple with apple banana puree.
- Add the oat milk and stir.
- Put the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.
