Carrot-Apple-Oats with Peanut

Ingredients
  • 1 small carrot
  • 3 tbsp apple banana puree or ½ apple, grated
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp peanut flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 120 ml oat milk
Instructions
  1. Grate the carrot and the apple.
  2. Mix oat flakes, peanut flour, cinnamon together.
  3. Add the grated ingredients. If it has to be really fast, you can also replace the freshly grated apple with apple banana puree.
  4. Add the oat milk and stir.
  5. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.
