Basic Overnight Oats Bircher Style

Ingredients
  • 220 ml oat milk
  • 250 gr soy yogurt
  • 6 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp Buckwheat, uncooked
  • 1 tbsp Quinoa, puffed
  • 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 apple, grated
  • ½ apple, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: 2 tsp coconut sugar
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
  2. Place in the fridge overnight.
  3. If desired, add some water the next morning to liquefy the Bircher Muesli. Serve with favorite your toppings like banana, granola, and berries.
