Cooked Tempeh - healthy and yummy

Ingredients
  • 200 g Tempeh
  • Marinade
  • 2 tbsp Tahin
  • 2 tbsp water
  • juice of a lemon
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut the tempeh into cubes.
  2. Then boil in salted water for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime mix the ingredients for the marinade.
  4. Drain the tempeh, strain and roll in the marinade.
  5. Serve as desired on salad or in a bowl with sweet potato and Brussels sprouts.
