Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp buckwheat
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1,5 cups oat drink without sugar from Provamel
  • 1-2 dates, finely chopped
  • ½ cup apple sauce
  • ½ cup yoghurt alternative from Provamel
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Toppings:
  • chocolate drops, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, banana
Instructions
  1. Mix oats, buckwheat, water, dates and provamel oat drink in a bowl. Place the bowl in the oven at 100°C for 10 minutes. Take it out, let it cool briefly and stir in the yoghurt alternative and the apple sauce. Season with cinnamon and add more oat drink as desired and serve with the toppings.
