- 1 cup raw rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups water or plantbased milk
- 3 pitted, cut dates
- dash of cardamom
- dash of anise
- dash of cinnamon
- Your favourite toppings
- Cut the dates, combine all other ingredients (except toppings) and soak overnight.
- Stir well for about one minute to avoid lumps.
- Serve with your favourite toppings at the next morning.
