Chai-Chia-Porridge
Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups water or plantbased milk
  • 3 pitted, cut dates
  • dash of cardamom
  • dash of anise
  • dash of cinnamon
  • Your favourite toppings
Instructions
  1. Cut the dates, combine all other ingredients (except toppings) and soak overnight.
  2. Stir well for about one minute to avoid lumps.
  3. Serve with your favourite toppings at the next morning.
  4. Enjoy!
