Chia Acai Pudding

Ingredients
  • • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • • 1 cup plantbased milk
  • • 2-3 cutted dates
  • • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • • ½ cup frozen cherries (or other berries)
  • • 1 banana
  • • 2-3 tsp acai powder (I used this one from Feinstoff Acai-Pulver (1x 80g) (bio, vegan, glutenfrei, roh)
  • • ½ cup water
Instructions
  1. Place your chia seeds, plantbased milk, dates, and vanilla powder in a bowl, and mix together.
  2. Stir well
  3. Place your bowl in the fridge and let your chia pudding sit for 2 hours, or overnight. I recommend stirring your chia pudding after half an hour, to avoid any clumps.
  4. To prepare your acai smoothie, mix all the other ingredients and blend them up.
  5. Layer your chia pudding and your acai smoothie in your favourite glass.
  6. Serve with some fruits and Enjoy!
