- Place your chia seeds, plantbased milk, dates, and vanilla powder in a bowl, and mix together.
- Stir well
- Place your bowl in the fridge and let your chia pudding sit for 2 hours, or overnight. I recommend stirring your chia pudding after half an hour, to avoid any clumps.
- To prepare your acai smoothie, mix all the other ingredients and blend them up.
- Layer your chia pudding and your acai smoothie in your favourite glass.
- Serve with some fruits and Enjoy!
