Protein Pancakes – vegan, glutenfree and delicious

Ingredients
  • 100 gr oat flour
  • 100 gr teff flour (@govindanatur)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (I like @vivolife vanilla flavor)*
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 300 ml of plant milk
  • pinch of natron
Instructions
  1. Combine in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Fry in some coconut oil or a non-stick pan. Serve with peanut butter, banana, or whatever comes into your mind, aka stars in Laura’s case :)
