HEALTHY VANILLA CRESCENTS – VEGAN AND GLUTENFREE

Ingredients
  • 180 g oatmeal
  • 220 g almonds, ground
  • 10 g linseed meal
  • 175 ml date syrup or other syrup
  • 60 g hazelnut puree
  • fresh vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Vanilla powder and powder Xucker* to sprinkle
Instructions
  1. Mix the ingredients to a dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line two baking trays with baking paper.
  3. Roll the dough into 2 strands and cut into slices of equal size.
  4. Form the pieces into croissants and line them up on the baking tray.
  5. Bake the croissants for about 8-10 minutes or until they are lightly brown.
  6. When they come out of the oven, they are still slightly soft.
  7. Sprinkle the slightly cooled vanilla crescents with vanilla powder.
  8. I use powder Xucker.*
