Raspberrylicious Smoothie Bowl for Valentine’s Day |
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 fresh banana
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- 2 dates
- 2 tsp chia protein* or chia seeds
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
- 1 tsp magic berry powder* (optional)
- Favourite toppings like buckwheat groats, coconut chips, pomegranate seeds
- • Combine chia protein or chia seeds with one cup water and stir well.
- • The chia protein needs only 5-10 seconds until it’s getting thick. If you use chia seeds, I recommend soaking the seeds 30 minutes.
- • Blend Chia-Gel and all other ingredients until smooth.
- • Pour into serving bowl and garnish with your favourite toppings.
- • Enjoy!
