Raspberrylicious Smoothie Bowl for Valentine’s Day
Ingredients
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 2 dates
  • 2 tsp chia protein* or chia seeds
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp magic berry powder* (optional)
  • Favourite toppings like buckwheat groats, coconut chips, pomegranate seeds
Instructions
  1. • Combine chia protein or chia seeds with one cup water and stir well.
  2. • The chia protein needs only 5-10 seconds until it’s getting thick. If you use chia seeds, I recommend soaking the seeds 30 minutes.
  3. • Blend Chia-Gel and all other ingredients until smooth.
  4. • Pour into serving bowl and garnish with your favourite toppings.
  5. • Enjoy!
