- Blood Orange-Ginger:
- 2 blood oranges
- 1 cup oat milk or any plant based milk
- 2 slices of fresh ginger
- 3 dried apricots
- Raspberry-Vanilla:
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup water or coconut milk
- 3 pitted dates (if you like it sweet)
- Dash of vanilla
- Optional 1 dash of salt (makes it sweeter)
- Acai-Spirulina Boosting:
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup rice milk or any plant based milk
- 2 tsp acai powder*
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup rice milk or any plant based milk
- ½ tsp spirulina powder*
- Blend first your ingredients for your blood orange smoothie until smooth and pour in your serving glass
- Repeat with your Raspberry-Vanilla Smoothie
- For the Acai Spirulina Smoothie:
- Blend your banana, and your milk until smooth
- Pour into your serving glass
- Repeat with the other ingredients and pour your spirulina smoothie on your acai smoothie
