Blutorange, Himbeere-Vanille und Acai-Spirulina Smoothie

Ingredients
  • Blood Orange-Ginger:
  • 2 blood oranges
  • 1 cup oat milk or any plant based milk
  • 2 slices of fresh ginger
  • 3 dried apricots
  • Raspberry-Vanilla:
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup water or coconut milk
  • 3 pitted dates (if you like it sweet)
  • Dash of vanilla
  • Optional 1 dash of salt (makes it sweeter)
  • Acai-Spirulina Boosting:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup rice milk or any plant based milk
  • 2 tsp acai powder*
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup rice milk or any plant based milk
  • ½ tsp spirulina powder*
Instructions
  1. Blend first your ingredients for your blood orange smoothie until smooth and pour in your serving glass
  2. Repeat with your Raspberry-Vanilla Smoothie
  3. For the Acai Spirulina Smoothie:
  4. Blend your banana, and your milk until smooth
  5. Pour into your serving glass
  6. Repeat with the other ingredients and pour your spirulina smoothie on your acai smoothie
