- Healthy Protein Pudding - DIY
- 20 g protein powder of your choice (I use Salted Caramel or Vanilla)
- 20 g starch flour
- 350- 380 ml plant milk
- Optional: 1 tsp maca for caramel flavor, or chocolate if you choose a chocolate protein powder.
- Toppings: Vegan cream or Sky with vanilla protein powder.
- Dissolve the cornstarch together with the protein powder and a little of your milk (about 50ml) until well dissolved and there are no lumps.
- Bring the rest of the milk to a boil while stirring.
- As soon as the milk starts to boil on the stove, stir in your starch mix and bring to a boil briefly. Depending on your protein powder and your consistency, you can add a dash of plant milk. Your pudding will harden as it cools.
- Pour into 2 glasses or bowls and let cool.
