Healthy banana bread - vegan, wholefood, and sugar-free

Probably the healthiest and tastiest banana bread recipe in the world! It contains wholesome ingredients and is free of oil, butter, milk, eggs, or refined sugar. Ripe bananas and an apple provide the sweetness.
Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas approx. 300 g
  • 1 apple approx. 160 g
  • 200 g spelt wholemeal flour
  • 60 g walnuts*
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 ml oat milk
  • Juice of half a lemon
    Toppings:
  • 5 g sugar-free chocolate drops
  • 5 g walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 338 °F (170 °C) top/bottom heat. Line a 10 x 20 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Mash ripe bananas in a large bowl.
  3. Grate the apple into small pieces and add to the bananas.
  4. Then add oat milk and lemon juice and mix everything.
  5. Then add baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Stir in spelt whole wheat flour and finely chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the baking pan and smooth it out.
  8. Now garnish the banana bread batter with sugar-free chocolate drops and walnuts.
  9. Bake the bread for about 55 minutes at 338 °F (170 °C).
  10. Finally, let cool for a few minutes and serve.😊
  11. Packed in the refrigerator, the banana bread will keep for about 3-4 days and frozen for 4-6 weeks.

Notes
You can choose any sort of nuts. Sesame seeds or hemp seeds are also suitable for this banana bread.
