This tofu recipe makes the tofu juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I love this spicy version. It's ready in just 15 minutes. So it's perfect if you want something hearty, plant-based, and super quick.

1tspsesame oil
1tspgrated ginger

Instructions
Optional: Press the tofu for about 15 minutes so that it can absorb the marinade better and become crispier. To do this, wrap the tofu in a kitchen towel or paper towel like a gift and place something heavy, such as a book, on top.
For the first marinade, mix tamari or soy sauce, sesame oil, rice flour, or cornstarch with a little garlic powder or smoked paprika powder.
Cut the tofu into cubes and toss it in the marinade.
Place the breaded tofu in the air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes (until golden brown and crispy).
Meanwhile, you can prepare the second marinade. Simply mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and reduce slightly in a pan.
Then add the baked tofu to the pan and stir so that the tofu is coated with the marinade.
The crispy, juicy tofu is ready.
