Wer kennt das oder erkennt es :)? Ich hab’s Gefühl es tut mir gut. Mache es zum 3ten mal. Kann immer nur eine halbe Dosis (250ml) weil mir während dessen GANZ FLAU wird NAD+ steht für Nicotinamid Adenin Dinukleotid
ist ein Coenzym, das in jeder Zelle vorkommt und zentral für Energieproduktion ist
ohne NAD+ kann deine Zelle kein ATP bilden, also keine Energie bereitstellen es spielt auch eine wichtige Rolle bei DNA Reparatur und Zellschutz
deshalb wird es oft mit Langlebigkeit und gesünderem Altern in Verbindung gebracht mit zunehmendem Alter sinkt der NAD+ Spiegel im Körper, wie so das meiste :). 📍Longevity Center Vienna #nad+ #longevity
