My name is Annelina. One of my great passions, besides creating healthy vegan recipes, is yoga. Yoga gained more and more importance in my life over the years. Now I love to do yoga sessions. A flow through the different asanas gives me a wonderful balance in everyday life. Personally, I find it hard to take breaks from time to time as well. If you feel the same way, I highly recommend yoga. It gives you the opportunity to simply ‘be’. You focus solely on the present. You forget everything that is happening around you or what other people are doing. It doesn’t matter anymore which tasks you still have to do or what happened yesterday. You are completely with yourself, in the here and now, free of negative thoughts.
Once you have experienced this feeling of freedom through yoga, you will want to seek and feel it again and again. At least that’s how I feel.
Yoga enriches my life in countless ways. This is exactly what I want to pass on to you in my yoga classes. Many people think of yoga as fancy body positions or stretching muscles. However, there is much more behind it. Yoga takes place in your mind and heart.
If you want to strengthen your body, mind and soul, I invite you to join my yoga practice. You decide if you want to practice online or offline with me.
You can use different ways to do something good for yourself and your health, whether live or virtually. The two can complement each other beautifully.

Yoga class in Berlin

Business Yoga Sessions
As the much-mentioned work-life balance becomes increasingly important for physical and also mental health, we should definitely make sure to take breaks as well. But not all breaks are created equal. It’s best to discover something that gives you energy and balance at the same time, like yoga.
We often spend several hours a day sitting in front of the computer, smartphone, TV, on the bus & train, at the dinner table, etc. For this reason, physical exercise often comes up short.
But not only the active activity is important for our health, but also to be able to switch off the head sometimes. That is why I am very happy to offer corporate yoga within office or recreation rooms. This way, employees can find balance directly after work or during their lunch break and do not have to travel to a yoga studio first. It is my concern to do something good for you and your colleagues and to restore the balance that we all need so urgently.
So far I have been able to bring mindful movements to companies such as Mercedes, Red Bull and Smart.

In today’s society, facts and effectiveness are mostly in demand. Under all the stress and pressure it is easy to lose the connection to your gut feeling and your own intuition. For this reason I would like to take an unforgettable time out with you. In a total of four days we will go on a journey to find our way back to our heart through yoga.
Yoga & Embodiment Practice
The yoga classes are a mixture of the Jivamukti style and Multi Yoga. The emphasis is on flowing Vinyasa Yoga on the one hand and on the holistic yoga elements on the other. Each day starts with a powerful and dynamic yoga session. It ends with either a quiet relaxed session or an embodiment practice. The latter helps you to experience what moves you consciously and unconsciously inside.
All classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced participants.
Between the individual yoga sessions you will still have enough time to explore South Tyrol. The Hotel Schwarzschmied is a great starting point for unforgettable hikes through meadows, forests and mountains.
Relax & gather energy
You are welcome to create some free space for yourself during your stay. Maybe you feel like reading or listening to your favorite music. No one will stop you. After all, it should be a relaxing time out. In which you can listen to what is good for you at the moment. Sometimes a few hours of rest are enough to recharge your batteries. Since the yoga sessions do not take up the entire day, you will have enough time to relax or to exchange ideas with other participants. You decide for yourself what you feel like doing. After all, besides recharging your batteries, the goal of the retreat is to strengthen our connection to our inner voice.
