Many people today live very consciously and our diet plays a significant role here. To achieve a healthy body or to support the body optimally through the right nutrition is the goal. However, experts argue about almost no topic more passionately than about what is actually good for our body.
Numerous studies already confirm the positive effect of a healthy plant-based whole food diet. It has a preventive effect against diseases and possesses healing powers. Furthermore, a plant-based diet is the best contribution to the protection of our planet. This is not just about eating meat, but food of animal origin in general. This includes, for example, dairy products such as cheese, butter, cottage cheese, yogurt, kefir, but also eggs and honey.
Is there a perfect diet?
Since we are all different and have different needs, I believe that there is not THE ONE perfect diet.
In the end, everyone decides for themselves how they want to eat. It’s best to listen to your own gut when choosing your foods. The clearer we can perceive this connection to gut feeling, the more ease enters our lives. As we eat food every day, I pursue the goal of filling my belly with happiness and improving that connection.
Because according to my philosophy, it is possible to make your belly happy by eating food in a certain combination. This is not just meant metaphorically, but is reflected in my tryptophan rich recipes. Once you feel happiness in your belly, it will soon move to your head.
