Hellooooo September, my birth month. August, where did you go? The time went by so quickly – but don’t we think that after every month? Or is it just me? August passed by a little faster than usual in my opinion. Maybe it has something to do with my new book, on which I’m working on non-stop, or simply with the good weather and all the friends who are coming to Berlin. However, I definitely had three favorites in August.
Hair soap
You may have noticed it on Instagram already. My change from shampoo to hair soap. I reported there extensively and made stories. Your feedback was also very diligent :). The reason why I decided to use a shampoo soap: less plastic, less synthetic, more nature, and PRO WORLD. NoPoo didn’t really work for me, that’s why I use the soap now. I’m still in the transition phase, but my hair is so much better, less greasy and has more volume than before. If you’re interested in the topic, feel free to write me a comment, an email or a message on Instagram, and I’ll devote more space to the topic on my blog. My hair soap is from Seife & Mehr. The shop belongs to a friend and I also get my washing flakes and other soaps there. You can also buy hair soap in every health food store and some drugstores.
Kushel
Kushel sounds soft, sexy and positive, doesn’t it? At least that’s my association with Kushel. Kushel is the first climate-neutral towel. Again, we have less chemistry, less plastic and MORE WORLD! Sounds good, doesn’t it? And Kushel is super cuddly, beautiful and made in Hamburg. I have a discount for you (PS: this is not a commissioned advertisement, I asked Kushel explicitly because I am a fan). With COSYBAANNELINA30 you get 30% now.
Aero Press Coffe
The Aero Press has been around since 2005, but I only received it in August 2019. But then it was properly and constantly in use. Does that benefit my coffee consumption? With the Aero Press*, the coffee is produced by the air pressure method. The great thing about it is that the aroma substances are dissolved evenly, it works super fast and the Aero Press is easy to clean, aka also a great travel companion. Not so great is the fact that the Aero Press itself is made of plastics.
