Do you sometimes get a little upset on Sundays when you think about Monday?
I have developed a routine to start Monday dynamically which I would like to share with you.
I love my Monday mornings such as Sunday mornings. Because every Monday is a new chance, a fresh start, an opportunity for a new beginning, no matter if it’s a small or big change. It’s just a shift of your mindset. That’s why I said to myself that I want my start into the week to be as positive, energetic and dynamic as possible.
Mondays are golden!
On Sunday noon or evening I take some time to plan my next week. It doesn’t have to belong. Usually, 10-15 minutes are enough for me to write down my three new goals for the coming week. To be able to plan my goals with a clear head, I go for a run or do an intensive and strenuous yoga flow. Because this is important for me to get a clear head. Then I sit down, free from all thoughts, in one of my favorite places.
Firstly, to relax I make myself a cup of tea. To be specific, my current favorite tea is the turmeric active organic herbal tea from Pukka. Moreover, I also like to listen to quiet music from my yoga playlist. So my body and mind can relax. 🙂 For instance, turmeric is said to have a supporting effect on the regeneration of muscles, among other things. Monday, the day that changes everything :). Fun aside, but if it starts well, the week starts well. At least that’s what I think. That’s why I start my Monday super early and write down three things for which I’m thankful. So I already have a nice, grateful feeling shortly after getting up. Then I do a few strengthening asanas to wake up my body. Above all, it is also enough to do only 3 asanas, to stay in them for a long time and to pay attention to correct execution. For the morning activation the boat (Navasana), the warrior (Virabadhrasana 1+2) and the triangular position (Trikonasana) are excellent.
And full of endorphins and with a happy head, a productive day can begin. My first “meal” at the moment is the Pukka Organic Latte Golden Turmeric. It tastes spicy and is simply super fast prepared. Then I make my way to the gym or I go directly to my Co-Working Space.
Because I am already so energetic from my morning yoga and turmeric and can work better on an empty stomach, I usually have breakfast later.

Realizable steps for your golden Monday:
Set yourself three goals on Sunday. As a reward, do something good to completely relax. Moreover, I go to bed early and get up early on Monday morning. And a little earlier than you should be. After that, I then sit down and write down three things for which you are grateful. If you have to sit a lot in everyday life, activate your body with a short yoga session in the morning. Furthermore, it doesn’t matter if it’s ten minutes or an hour. In summary, it is important that you take this time, the time that belongs only to you. Part of my Monday morning routine is my daily turmeric energy boost, which I treat myself to. Above all, it is perfect to leave old energy from the last week behind you and start with new energy.
