I am happy to present you a new section on my blog. My monthly favorites. This will be my personal recommendation. Nevertheless, I must mark these as advertising since unsolicited and personal recommendations count as advertising as well.

1. Deep Work – focused success
I have to tell you, I’m a very volatile person. My thoughts jump from fire to water, I always work on 100 things at the same time, I take my mobile phone with me to the toilet to read emails, which I can only answer later on the laptop anyway. Also, I let myself be distracted by a fruit fly at the neighboring table, I always try to get everything under a hat and I want to please everyone. I may have exaggerated a bit, but concentrated work is definitely my weak point. Of course, I’m aware of all this, but I still haven’t really changed it. Until I got the book Deep Work as a present last year.
However, the book showed me once again my weakness in dealing with it and finding solutions. Adding to this, it has given me an incredible number of ways that I am currently testing step by step. Of course, everybody has his own remedies, but there is something for everyone. Another reason why I love the book so much is that I got a lot of motivation to work on my weak points while reading it. In addition, it showed me how successful focused working can be. So definitely one of my favourites reads!
“Makes a compelling case for cultivating intense focus, and offers immediately actionable steps”.

2. Shilajit – the black gold
When my dear friend Kim from Los Angeles told me about Shilajit for the first time, I knew right away that it was the ‘Shit’. I had actually banished the word from my vocabulary, but here it just fits too well, because you pronounce Jit – “Shit”, excuse me :).
When Kim brought me Shilajit and I drank this tea for the first time, I was very impressed. It felt like my pores were opening, my perception was improving. Suddenly I was very energetic and focused. I told Kim about it and she reported that it was the same with her, she says its a favorite of her too. To clarify, I have to admit that it may sound a little strange, but it’s just my subjective perception and description.
What is Shilajit anyway?
My Shilajit research then produced similar results. Above all, Shilajit has already been used in aryuvedic medicine. According to this, the natural product Shilajit, also known as black gold, is supposed to be an energy booster and prevent various diseases. Moreover, it is said to act as an anti-aging agent and improve cognitive and memory abilities. Other possible uses include diabetes, allergies, inflammation and fungal infections, for instance. In addition to this, the natural product also contains many important minerals and fulvic acid.
3. Fitnessbands – Heldenpower Sport
Coming to the last darling of this month, and how could it have been otherwise, it has to do with sports :). Without sport nothing works, at least for me. So, why do I love fitness bands so much? Because they are always and everywhere applicable and very practical to carry with me. However, a beach is of course not part of everyday´s life for everybody, but they are perfect at home like in the morning after getting up, or in the evening before going to bed, to power yourself up. Furthermore, 10 minutes are enough to ‘kill’ your muscles and achieve quick results. I have trimmed my 10 minutes workout down to 50 seconds. I do as many repetitions of it, until I cannot run any more xD. My favourite way to really sweat it out.

My monthly favourites
Okay we have Deep Work for more success, Shilashit for more clarity and Heldenpower for more energy. At the end of the day, something has to do with focus again. I think I just caught myself with that ;).
Have you already had any experience with one of these products?
I am looking forward to your opinion in the comments.
