Hello yogis, non-yogis, veginis and non-veginis, this time, my august highlights are about inspirations and a little time off.
I hope you have survived August well. I have the feeling that winter has arrived. Whereas the beginning of the month was still quite sunny, but right now I’m sitting here at 13 degrees near Zell am See at Vivo Camp. We went to Austria for a weekend to create content together and have a nice weekend. That’s one of the parts I love about my job. The freedom to do and not do what I want, to surround myself with people I like and to be able to say no sometimes. What I sometimes find more difficult is switching off, writing down time off as my own boss and maintaining a clear structure :). Would you like to be self-employed?

Time off at Lanserhof – still working on my health
My boyfriend did the time-out thing for me once and suggested a cure at Lanserhof :). The time out did me extreme good, but was much more exhausting than my job itself :). It was a cure/therapy and form of withdrawal. As a result, my energy level was subterranean bad by my standards.
The reason why I was there are my pains at the knee and meanwhile complete left leg. The pain is still there, but so is new mental strength. Now I know that I have tried a lot of therapies and I can exclude most of them as “not useful” for my pain. This was the plan of our cure.
Breakfast: 8-9 a.m.
Bitter drops, breakfast porridge
Treatments such as physiotherapy, osteopathy, Kneipp, Boeger therapy, examinations, massages….
1-2 cups of alkaline broth
Lunch: 12-13:00
Bitter drops
Complex carbohydrates with gently prepared vegetables (low salt, low spice) + 2 side dishes (protein, vegetables)
Treatments, some work for me
Dinner: 18:00-19:00
A soup, hard bread/ toast + 1 more side dish (spreads, veggies).

What I’ve been listening to – Better Sleep, Organic 360 Degrees
I’m still listening to Radical Awakening right now and really think it’s a great book/audiobook. As a podcast episode, I listened to Unkas Gemmeker’s 3 episodes on sleep and was able to take away a lot from it again. I have found for me that I can usually sleep better in the country. This may be due to the fresher air, the information overload in the city or the fact that it is usually quieter and quieter in the country. Somehow it edifies me. However, there is also less going on, it comes together quite a bit :). How is it with you and your sleep?
What I discovered – New Playlist on Spotify
Even though I love my yoga playlist, I super love listening to others for a change. I just discovered a new ELECTROYOGA that goes perfectly with almost everything for me :). When I’m working, when I’m doing yoga, when I’m cleaning up or other everyday tasks. Me personally – also often love it completely silent and music can quickly become too much for me. I think we’re already being bombarded with information all the time anyway, that it’s important to focus on one thing as well. It seems interesting to me that I often notice how silence is an absolute no-go for many. For me, it’s like this in yoga, where I almost always listen to music. The few exceptions are, in nature, because there I can listen to nature music.
Hope you enjoyed my August highlights, inspirations as well as the post about my little time out!
Wish you a great September, love you!
Xx
