bye bye 2018
Your fears make you supernatural.
if you face them :).
Don’t we have these doubts all the time, what if… then?
Only 3 days ago again
For some time now, my friends and I have the tradition of a vegan Christmas brunch gathering before Christmas Eve. Each of us brings something to eat. One of my friends puts always a lot of extra effort and passion into her souvenir.
This time I ask her, “Why don’t you have a blog yet?
She replies: “I’ve one for 2 years now, there’s just nothing on it. What if nobody reads it, nobody cares about or people don’t like what I do?
What if…then
I used to worry a lot about what critics think of me and my work. I still sometimes write having voices of critics in the back of my head. The desire to be accepted by all is deep. But the other day, at my workshop, one participant told me that she is grateful to me that she could build a healthy relationship with food again, eat healthily, start yoga, consume less and love herself.
This moment made me understand that all the passion I put into every second of my work is for people who believe in possibilities. To those who want to hear what I say.
The only constant is change
Ultimately, not showing fear and feelings is only self-protection to avoid pain and rejection. But that’s exactly what doesn’t get us anywhere. To face the fear, to talk about feelings and to let them happen makes us strong.
I still have a long way to go, but I have taken a few steps. It started with my self-employment in 2018. Faith and trust in my actions made this step quite easy for me. My yoga training was also very important for me and my self-growth. It still helps me to make decisions.
But the biggest and most difficult change in 2018 was my partnership. After almost 6 years we broke up! We held onto things that no longer existed. We both knew it for some time, but the fear of a change was simply too big. But when you realize again that you have the most important relationship with yourself, you can see it from another point of view.
I received many relationship questions from you. It would be beyond the scope to deal with them all. Therefore I would like to recommend a book to you: 5 languages of Love.* In my opinion, it helps on every interpersonal relationship level (family, friendship and partnership).
I WANT TO GIVE YOU THIS FOR YOUR YEAR 2019:
Express your wishes as if they have already been fulfilled. Put them into action according to the principle: “fake it until you make it!”
Keep in mind:

Thank you for your inspiration and loyalty!
see you in 2019 <3
