Slowly life comes back a little. At least I have the feeling We feel more gratitude for the slowly returning freedom that Corona gave us once again. We learn to give more value to things and to respect our fellow men more. Such a reminder does us good and hopefully remains with us for more than just a short time. In July 2020 I experienced quite a lot, read less, saw more and learned more.
I share my favorites here:
- what I’ve watched
- what I’ve heard or read
- what I’ve bought
- what I’ve created
WHAT I’VE WATCHED – THE GOOPLAB
In July I saw exactly one thing, and that was another episode of the gooplab. This time it was the episode “intuition”. I can definitely recommend it, but it didn’t come close to the episode I recommended last time, “The pleasure is all mine”.
WHAT I’VE HEARD – TIM FERRIS AND WIM HOF
I have heard a lot, and especially this podcast episode by Tim Ferris with “The Iceman” aka Wim Hof, stayed in my head. I don’t want to anticipate anything here, but I would like to let you listen to it yourself. Have fun listening!
WHAT I’VE BOUGHT – EXIT RACISM
Exit Racism by Tupoka Ogette – a book that was recommended to me and that I bought directly. Maybe you have read it too? I am still in the middle of it, but it has already changed my world. Often black people are seen as “victims”. In a conversation with Kokutekeleza Musebeni, for example, I learned that even the feeling of pity can be racist.
WHAT I’VE CREATED – INTESTINAL HEALTH AND MENTAL HEALTH
Two new podcast episodes on Conscious Gangster are online as well as a youtube video of my trip to Barcelona, which I like very much. Have you heard one of the episodes or seen the video? In one of the interviews I talk to Katharina from The Tasty K about intestinal health, abdominal pain, flatulence etc. And in the other episode I interview Michael Kurth about Kum Nye Yoga. We talk about what he does when he doesn’t know what to do and about fears and solutions. It’s definitely worth listening. And if you have done so, I would also be very happy about a review! DAAANKEE!
What did you experience in July 2020? Write me gladly!
Love, your Annelina
