Another month is coming to an end and we are back with our monthly favorites. Sometimes it’s a little hard for me to think about what my favorites were. There is always so much happening in a month that it feels like abundance and I struggle to pinpoint what it all was :). It already starts with the fact that I say to my friends happy weekend on Monday #bloggerstruggle xd. Or also #self-employment struggles. That happens, when we work all day even weekends right :)? Luckily I love my job to the moon and back.
1. Wild herbs and mountain air in Lana
This month I definitely had a favorite, the wild herb tour, to be precise, my week in Lana with my dear friend Lisa. It was like a dream come true. The mountain air, nature, a wild herb hike, the Schwarzschmied Hotel inspired by the minimalist eco style, morning ginger lemon, and celery juice as well as lots of exercise and work. The highlight for me, however, was definitely the wild herb hike on the Bacherhof Kräutererbe and the three chives flowers I ate. My mouth definitely burned after that.
My wonderful friend Lisa, recorded the wild herb tour so I will hopefully upload a Video on my Youtube soon. I can’t wait to teach you everything I learned there. If you are following me for longer, you might know my wild herbs-stories. I basically was raised with them. Daddy smuggled them in everywhere and in every salad, in summer I found at least as much grass as dandelion and goat weed xd. He wasn’t taking it so seriously when he picked it ;). Daddy if you read this, I am grateful for this experience as well ;).
- Fennel- Ginger- Lemon juice (homemade) at Hotel Schwarzschmied
- At Yoga Café in Berlin they even deliver my extra needs
- Same same all day
2. My Juicer or Ginger- Lemon- Celery Juice
After the Hotel Schwarzwald made me get addicted to juicing, I asked KitchenAid directly if they would like to send me their Artisan Juicer :). I only wanted this one because it meets my criteria of a gentle juicer with maximum nutrient extraction.
And from now on, I will have a ginger lemon celery juice, preferably every day. Sometimes parsley, cucumber or other greens are added, too. Soon I will do a juice cure as well, as soon as I have finished testing my recipes for my next book :). In the development phase of recipes, fasting is not the best idea.

3. Prana – wear conscious – wear comfy
Normally I’m not the fashion type and don’t take much time for cloth shopping. For food shopping, I do :). When Prana asked me if I’d like to test their clothes, it came just perfect in time. Their clothes are fairtrade, vegan, functional and everything I love. Everything I have from them fits perfect and is absolute feel-good clothing. On the pictures, you can see some of the things I ordered. My monthly favorite is the Prana Jogger which you can see on the pic where I’m holding the chive flowers. PS: This article is not sponsored, I’m just a fan.
What were your monthly favorites this time? Do you have any? I’d love to hear and maybe to get to know something new.
xX, Annelina
