Super simple moist and fudge sweet potato peanut bliss balls.
The secret of these easy sweet potato peanut balls:
Since I got peanut flour I feel like I found the magic key for baking or in this case, ball-in. I know, I’m getting late on the peanut boat but anyways, I finally do :). And did you know that peanut flour is actually super protein-rich, nutritious, low carb and low fat if we want. So we have the perfect flour for sport enthusiasts or all people who want to avoid gluten flour. You can get your peanut wonder now here.
It also brought me back on the Bliss Ball track. Most of the Bliss Balls I ate somewhere else are kind of too heavy for me. Coconut oil mixed with nuts and chocolate might be great somehow sometimes. I’m that kind of person who rather loves to eat more than one ball and make them lighter to feel super ‘blissed‘ afterward :).
I’m bringing you three Bliss Ball recipes and gonna start with that one since I need to start somewhere :). Actually, it’s my favorite too. It’s super moist and fudge without being that heavy.
Be excited for the other 2. Created a protein bliss ball and a pumpkin spice bliss ball recipe for you <3.
Here is a sneak peak of all three.
Let’s start ball-in these little sweet potato peanut b l i s s babes <3
