Chocolate Bean Peanut Muffins as a simple and quick snack, breakfast, or giveaway :).
One more GOOEEEY recipe. Recently I did a survey on Instagram and asked for type Gooey or type Fluffy. Since the majority is like me type GOOEY, you will be here first with these recipes :). Let me know if it gets too much xd. Until then, on a juicy bake.
Deciding what to have for a healthy rich in protein snack, for breakfast or as a snack to go can be difficult. Especially when there is almost no time to spend in the kitchen.
These muffins came to be because I needed something that was both quick to make, handy and high in protein.
