Mole cake – Vegan must-try cake
Sweet, vegan and healthy. Its baking time 🙂 As you know, I love to enjoy my sweets. Preferably when I have made them myself. It´s so much fun standing in the kitchen and preparing my cakes. I love taking classic recipes and transforming them into healthier and vegan versions. That is why, I have now done the same with the classic mole cake. Who didn’t love it as a child? Here you can get the must-try cake in vegan.
Mole cake – a childhood memory
A mole cake brings back childhood memories for me. I had it at so many family celebrations, children’s birthdays and school parties. I loved it so much, especially because of the delicious banana in the mole cake. However, the cake was often super heavy and creamy. You feel down afterwards and just want to lie down.
That’s why we need a healthy version of the classic. This really is a must-try! I use spelt flour and date sugar here instead of the traditional versions.
