October is definitely the month of pumpkins and apples for me. Because if we take a closer look at the pumpkin, we see that it can do quite a lot. Not just like apple in sweet, but in sweet and salty, in drinks and dressings, in sauces and soups, in cakes and muffins and even in natural cosmetics. So pretty much everything we can imagine :).
1. Pumpkin Goals
If we take a closer look at the pumpkin, we see that it is a true power vegetable, rich in vitamins and minerals and is filled with great ingredients. 90% of the pumpkin is water, and pumpkin is therefore a low-energy food.
In addition, pumpkin contains many antioxidants such as alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, beta-cryptoxanthin and many others that can protect our cells from damage by free radicals. Cool, isn’t it?
I also like the high content of vitamin A, lutein and zeaxanthin in pumpkins. These substances help our vision. In addition, pumpkin contains a lot of fibre, which is responsible for our increased feeling of satiety.
Yupieeeh yeeaah, let’s get pumpkin.

2. Sleep CBD Tropfen
For a restful night, I’ll do anything. Well almost :). The best thing, of course, is when we don’t have to do anything and just sleep so well. But sometimes my head is pretty full and my thoughts don’t want to leave me alone. In such cases I like to use CBD drops and lavender oil. I just got new drops from Innonature as a PR sample. They just work great and immediately lull me to sleep. But there are also many other providers, just browse the internet. If you want to try Innonature, you can use my discount code “Annelina10” at checkout. If that doesn’t help, you can check out my new Playlist I created for a good night’s sleep.
3. Myyyy booook* – Mix dein Glück
My boooook is ouuuut – and I am incredibly happy about it. That was my highlight in October. It contains 66 recipes for happiness: Vegan, mostly gluten-free, mostly oil-free and of course with lots of extra vegetables. Even where you wouldn’t expect it. The recipes are rich in protein and suuuper healthy. Many of the first copies are signed by me, so take a look!
If you cook recipes from my new book, please use the Hashtag #MixDeinGlück. Then I can see it and reposten.
