Do you actually still do April Fool’s or does that decrease with age? At least that’s how it seems to me, since I wasn’t an April Fool’s victim this time. Since I’m very easy to make fun of, that was the case more often in the past. Anyway, April 2021 will again be about hormones, good sleep and a healthy mindset. Why is good sleep so important and how does it affect us if we don’t sleep enough? Enjoy reading my monthly favorites 🙂 .

WHAT I BOUGHT – SLEEP MELATONIN SPRAY
As already in my monthly favorites in March, I would like to talk even more about the topic of sleep and recommend you my beloved Sleep Melatonin Spray. To remain as transparent as possible, I would like to mention here that I actually use it for a super long time. Now Braineffect has asked me if I would like to feature it on my blog. I’m very happy about that and maybe you are too, because of course I have a code for you too. I’ve already given you a few tips on exactly what I do to promote a good night’s sleep. If you’ve already tried all the ideas and are still struggling with insomnia at night, I can really highly recommend my Sleep Melatonin Spray.
The Sleep Melatonin Spray boosts your melatonin balance and therefore improves your sleep. It effectively reduces your time to fall asleep, has a high bioavailability and is super easy to use. Thanks to the spray, your body can absorb the melatonin very quickly through the mucous membranes. It takes just up to 30 minutes for the effect to kick in. This is ideal for me personally, because sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and just can’t get back to sleep. So the Sleep Melatonin Spray is literally a dream solution. Don’t worry, the spray is not addictive, but gives you a carefree sleep in a healthy way and you wake up refreshed and relaxed in the morning. With my code Annelina15 you get 15 percent off your order.
By the way, did you know that lack of sleep not only affects our psyche, but also affects our appetite? When we sleep less, we eat more and the following day is often accompanied by cravings.
WHAT I CREATED IN APRIL – KIDS COUNTRY BITES
Here I would like to draw your attention to my new IG Reel. Because I created these incredibly delicious and of course healthy kids country bites. This recipe is just sooo delicious and easy that I just have to recommend it to you. It’s good for your hormones too. Especially if you just happen to be in your premenstrual phase, it’s absolutely perfect. It’s also great for the other phases of your cycle. If you’ve already tried it, feel free to let me know.
WHAT I WATCHED IN APRIL – SEASPIRACY
…and that’s all I watched this month 🙂 …and that’s all I watched this month 🙂 …and that’s all I watched this month.
Seaspiracy is a US documentary film that highlights the ecological consequences of fishing around the world. How immense the destruction of our seabed and the problem of fishing and fishing nets is for our planet was actually new to me. I had also not heard about the connection between ocean circulations and global warming in this way. I recommend you watch the film and, again, as with everything, be critical. For me, as a vegan, it is desirable that we all eat a mostly plant-based diet, yet misstatements can be detrimental to the movement. Even in this film, according to reviews, a few numbers are not presented correctly.
WHAT I LISTENED TO IN APRIL – PODCAST ABOUT HORMONES
How do you go about finding new podcast episodes? Do you have your favorite podcast that you listen through over and over again or do you make your decision depending on the topic?
I usually search for keywords in the search bar and then see what gets spit out to me. This month, I listened to the two German episodes “Hormone und andere Tabuthemen” and “Spielend schlank und länger jung”, in addition to a few other podcasts. In doing so, I learned quite a bit about hormones again and can especially recommend episode 1. I also find the second episode super exciting if you look at it as inspiration and not as a concrete plan that you have to implement. I tend to be cautious here because of my hormones. I prefer to listen to my podcasts in the morning or even at noon on a walk. What about you?
What are your favorites in April 2021?
love, light and happy vibes,
Annelina
