Goodbye May, hello June :). When I look out, I see a lot of grey and rain. A week ago the view looked quite different: the sun was shining and everywhere was blooming (life). As mixed and unpredictable as the May weather is, this year’s month of May was also personal for me. So what is new in May 2020? In this blog post I will tell you my best recommendations and what’s new in the world of Annelina:
- what I’ve watched
- what I’ve heard or read
- what I’ve bought
- what I’ve created
What I’ve watched: Heal
Heal is a documentary about the power of thoughts. In a story poll you recommended it to me, and what can I say: I am thrilled. The film prepares the power and spiritual level in a way that I think is accessible to the masses. The whole thing is not presented as esoteric nonsense, but scientifically and spiritually processed at the same time. The film shows how our thoughts, beliefs and emotions have a great influence on our health and that we have the ability to heal.
What I’ve read: Inner Engineering By Sadhguru
I love the wisdom of Sadhguru. I am always extremely careful about what I read, see or hear, because I don’t like to be influenced in my creative flow, at least not by a few people. This includes Sadhguru’s audio book. I have already introduced him here before, but I would like to do so again, since you don’t follow all my contributions. Sadghuru conveys wisdom in a very modern and charming way and I am very sure that everyone can learn from him. I listen to his audio book in English and have his book in German. If you don’t want both, I would recommend the English version, because some subtleties of language cannot be easily translated and have a stronger effect on me in English.
What I’ve bought: CellGarden Sprouting Station
I love the new glasses and grains from CellGarden and can highly recommend them. Why germinate and why I find these glasses so clever, you can read in my sprout tutorial. Or maybe you have already started germinating? Enclosed you will find my code AW10 which gives you 10% off all products, for example your first sprouting set from CellGarden. To get you started, I recommend the set of 2 as well as chickpeas, mung beans, alfalfa and buckwheat.
What I’ve created: Yoga with me
Now we can finally do yoga together – live and online. You can find all my classes here :). I’m looking forward to seeing you and will now offer this to the Corona time. Of course I would like to meet you in person, but due to the special situation this is not possible. So I find this form of online live classes a very nice alternative.
Love, Annelina
