Although it’s still summer in Germany and Chai-flavour suits better winter time, I couldn’t wait sharing this recipe with you. This Ayurveda Oat Muesli is one of my all-time favourites as well as the summer season is. Therefore it’s the perfect time sharing it now :). Don’t you think so?
Always had mark A in school referring argumentation stuff ;)).
Ayurveda Oat Muesli | eat, move, feel
This Ayurveda Oat Muesli is perfect for getting energized in the early morning due to the Maca-powder. Maca is a root and also known as a very potent aphrodisiac and a fertility miracle of the Inca‘s. Agnis rise stands for food power and digestive power, energy and is symbolized as fire. It makes you feel healthy and happy.
Agni Rise:
Is one of my few favourite powders. Containing hemp protein powder, banana powder, trikatu powder, ashwagandha powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder and vanilla powder. In case you haven’t heard about these powders I’ll summarize them briefly.
Trikatu:
is a mixture of long pepper, black pepper and ginger which is giving Agni Rise a great spicy flavour. It’s also used to aid digestion.
Ashwandha:
is an amazing powerful plant and also known as ”Withania somnifera” and “Indian Ginseng”. Just to name a few benefits, Ashwagandha is used for improving thinking and memory functions, concentration and for feeling emotional balanced, being able to cope with daily stress. Moreover it’s an aphrodisiac since it supports sexual health.
Sounds good, don’t you think so :)?
The Agni Rise-Mixture is acquiring a unique chai flavour. In case you don’t want to by the mixture you can also just take some of the spices. I recommend using cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla to get a similar chai-taste.

*I like to keep my breaky raw. Therefore I’m using a grain mill to make my own (glutenfree and raw) rolled oats.

Hallo liebe Lisa,
sehr gerne :).
KLingt super spannend. Ich bin eine Rohkostfrüstückerin. Aber Abends geht das ja auch :).
Liebst

I love chai flavors anytime of year! I made plenty of chai lattes over the summer, so this sounds great to me regardless of weather. I seriously wish that Agni Rise powder excited over here, it sounds marvelous!
