Hello friends, I hope everyone enjoyed New Year’s Eve and spent a great time with his loved ones. If I should describe my New Year resolution in one word, it would be “goals”.
Porridge is definitively one thing I never want to miss. I had it with 1, 2, 3, 18, 20, 25 years and I’ll have it my whole life :). This is one of my comfort food versions for cold winter days.

- 1 cup raw rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups water or
plantbased milk - 3 pitted, cut dates
- dash of cardamom
- dash of anise
- dash of cinnamon
- Your favourite toppings
- Cut the dates, combine all other ingredients (except toppings) and soak overnight.
- Stir well for about one minute to avoid
lumps . - Serve with your favourite toppings at the next morning.
- Enjoy!
